Rebel Miles, a young, Jewish woman is referred to a neurologist by her family healthcare provider (HCP) because she had two probable seizures during the last 3 months.

Rebel, a sales clerk in a department store, has been attending the local university part-time for the last 5 years, majoring in business. She lives with a roommate in a small apartment about 20 miles from her parents' home. Rebel, her family, and her roommate are very active in the Shalom Synagogue.
