Rebel Miles, a young, Jewish woman is referred to a neurologist by her family healthcare provider (HCP) because she had two probable seizures during the last 3 months.
Rebel, a sales clerk in a department store, has been attending the local university part-time for the last 5 years, majoring in business. She lives with a roommate in a small apartment about 20 miles from her parents' home. Rebel, her family, and her roommate are very active in the Shalom Synagogue. Rebel decides to come to the appointment with the neurologist by herself.
